Gabriella handled all components of a detailed five city trip for a family of six through the Netherlands, Germany and Austria with added complexities resulting from tight time turnarounds due to soccer match times. She listened to our “needs” and “preferences” and matched everything perfectly. We had one hiccup (two forgotten passports in one city), and Gabriella resolved it within an hour, with our passports overnighted to our next hotel.
